Do we wear any special clothing?

No special clothing is required.  You remain clothed for all our massages. Removing jackets and ties will make the experience more comfortable. 

What equipment do you provide?

We provide all equipment : the ergonomic chair, massage table and relaxing background music for a calming environment. 

Are you fully qualified and insured?
Yes. I have CERT 4 Remedial Massage CERT 3 in Therapeutic Massage and have professional indemnity & public liability insurance.
Whats the difference between seated massage, desk massage and roving massage?

Seated massage is in the ergonomic chair we provide, whereas roving or desk massage is at the staffs workstation in their chair. The roving or desk massage is a shorter massage session per staff member and is ideal for larger offices. 

What type of massage can you get in a seated massage?
We would usually massage areas including, lower/upper back, shoulders, neck and arms but if any staff member would like a specific area massaged we can customise the massage accordingly.
What do you recommend after the massage?

We always advise you have a glass of water so you remain hydrated.
