Each session is performed over clothing without oils while the recipient relaxes in a specially designed ergonomic massage chair. Our experienced massage therapists focus on key tension areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands, helping to release tension, restore muscle function, and provide a profound calming effect on the mind.

Seated massages require minimal setup space (just 1m x 1.5m), making them convenient for any workplace. However, for maximum relaxation, we recommend setting up in a quiet area or conference room. Sessions typically last between 10 to 30 minutes, with 15 and 20 minutes being the most popular durations. This flexibility allows for a tailored approach to meet the needs of your staff, ensuring they return to work feeling refreshed and energised.

Our roving or desk massages bring relaxation directly to your employees at their workstations. Your massage therapist moves from desk to desk, providing neck and shoulder massages while your staff remains comfortably seated. Each session lasts between 5 to 10 minutes, offering a serene escape from the office buzz.

We target key tension areas in the neck, shoulders, and upper back using special pressure techniques. This not only restores muscle function and movement but also induces a profound calming effect on the mind.

Table massage is the more luxurious option for your hard working employees! We will bring a full-size massage table to your office, offering 30, 45 or 60-minute sessions of remedial massage, relaxation/therapeutic massage, and trigger point therapy, targeting the neck, shoulders, back, arms, and legs.

In this 'over the clothes' massage no messy oils are needed. To enhance the massage experience, we offer optional background music and aromatherapy. We provide all necessary equipment, linens, and supplies; you only need to provide a 2m x 3m setup space.
